PCAF is hosting an event featuring guest speaker, Dr. Michelle Cespedes, on Saturday, February 11th to commemorate National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD). NBHAAD was founded in 1999 as a national response to the growing HIV and AIDS epidemic in the Black community. This year’s theme is the impact of HIV on Black women.
