Summary: The Donor Engagement and Data Specialist will support implementation of strategies to ensure that PCAF has a sustaining base of revenue. You will be responsible for the administration of a Raiser’s Edge database and develop individual donor relationships through targeted personal outreach, e-campaigns, mail campaigns, peer-to-peer strategies, donor recognition and supporting special events. This role reports to the Resource Development Supervisor and will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Analyst, Finance and Administrative staff, vendors and volunteers.

● Builds PCAF’s base of individual donors through targeted personal outreach with a goal of growing a portfolio of monthly and mid-level donors. Tracks call notes and responses, contact attempts, communications preferences, and interests for all donors in the database 20%
● Envisions and executes annual giving campaigns (spring and fall) as well as community campaigns such as GiveBIG and Giving Tuesday practicing of Community Centric Fundraising principles, ambassador/team-based fundraising and other equitable and/or innovative approaches 15%
● Supports the Associate Director of Resource Development, Executive Assistant and part-time staff, vendors and volunteers working on three annual events, Dining Out for Life (April), Unwind (September) and World AIDS Day (December) 20%
● Partners with the Communications Coordinator to ensure that fund development campaigns, events and other activities are planned, consistent and in step with organizational priorities, style, voice, and personality. 5%
● Works closely with Finance and Administrative staff to ensure effective resource development operations, process documentation and training, as necessary, for new and existing staff members 10%
Competencies

Summary: The Long-Term Survivor (LTS) Case Manager provides services to individuals who have been living with HIV for more than twenty (20) years who are experiencing attenuated non-communicable diseases and/or reduced capacity to adhere to HIV antiretroviral treatment. The incumbent will abide by the statewide standards for HIV Case Management. This role requires an elite understanding of HIV-related stigma and associated discrimination experienced by communities highly impacted by HIV in addition to the impact of long-term HIV diagnosis on the primary & brain health of individuals. The LTS Medical Case Manager will function as a member of the Healthcare Access Department of the Treatment Division.

Description: The Language Justice Medical Case Manager Supervisor will be charged with supporting People Living with HIV (PLHIV) of Limited English Proficiency (LEP) to navigate the healthcare sector. In South Puget Sound, Hispanic/Latinx individuals and foreign-born Blacks from East Africa are disproportionately impacted by HIV even compared to their English-speaking peers who also identify as the same race/ethnicity. The incumbent will ensure PCAF continues to be the healthcare refuge of historically excluded communities who experience higher levels of systemic barriers to sustained engagement in healthcare, i.e., being unhoused; living with untreated behavioral health conditions; unsupported substance use.
Summary: In this role, this person provides medical case management to a small number of clientele while directly supervising staff focused on serving LEP clientele. The Language Justice
Medical Case Manager Supervisor will work within the Treatment Division and across the agency to ensure the culturally responsive and timely needs of these subpopulations are being addressed in a meaningfully manner. The incumbent will also ensure staff are meeting the statewide standards for HIV Case Management and maintains a leadership role within PCAF. Mission Statement: PCAF, through education and service, prevents HIV acquisition, assists persons living with and/or impacted by HIV and associated illnesses, and combats HIV-related stigma and discrimination.
Summary: The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, will provide elite oversight of financial and operational actions of PCAF to ensure the agency encompasses the highest level of organizational infrastructure to solidify current programming of the agency while simultaneously building the necessary components of its expanding programs and goals in alignment with mission, vision and our Strategic Plan. In partnership with the CEO, PCAF Treasurer, and Finance Department, the incumbent will oversee all financial and fiduciary obligations of the agency.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for ensuring a client-informed and client-centered approach to HIV and HIV-related care is actualized. The CAO will build a deeper and more comprehensive focus for the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership and Invested Partners.
The Chief Administrative Officer will hold the highest amount of grants administration and fiscal oversight to meet the dynamic needs of subpopulations highly impacted by HIV, associated illnesses, and social pressures and determinants of health. As an integral and indispensable member of the PCAF Leadership, the incumbent will participate in internal and external decision-making, think tanks, and community forums for locally, statewide and nationally to garner and share best HIV-delivery practices.

Supervision: Provide supervision of Programmatic (Treatment and Ending the Epidemics Divisions) of PCAF with support of the CEO to ensure strategic and operational needs are in alignment with the Strategic Plan
Legal: Oversee legal activities in partnership with the Chief People Officer to align contracts, leases, memoranda of understandings with goal and objectives of PCAF
Systems: Oversee relationship with federal and state tax authorities
Competencies
- Proven track record of performance-based staff management
